For routine appointments, questions, prescription refills and medical advice, we ask that you call the office during routine office hours Monday through Friday. We try to return all calls the same day and urgent appointments are available for same day visits.

We do our best to take care of all patient concerns and calls during normal business hours but we know that urgent and emergent matters come up, so we do provide 24 hour physician call coverage. After hours and on weekends if you have an urgent matter and need to speak to a physician, please call the answering service directly at 303-370-9174 or call the regular office number 303-828-9200 and speak to our answering service. A physician is available 24 hours per day 7 days per week for urgent matters. After hours all calls will be returned within 20 minutes. If you have not received a call back in 20 minutes please call again. If you have a health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Please note that prescription refills are not called in after hours or on weekends. On call physicians do not prescribe over the phone, since high quality medical care requires an examination and evaluation to properly diagnose and treat a person.
